Request a quote. Pick services, add the address and a few photos.
Switch to Owner. Open the new request and send a quote with a date.
Open the quote email from the tray and accept it.
Mark the job complete with after photos.
Use the switch at the top of the demo to change roles. Everything runs in your browser. No real emails or texts are sent. Riverbend Exterior Wash is a fictional business.
Small exterior cleaning businesses (pressure washing, soft washing, gutters) usually run on phone calls, texts and Facebook messages. The owner is on a job site most of the day, so every new customer starts the same conversation from scratch:
The price and the date end up somewhere in a text thread. When we read public reviews of businesses like this, the complaints were rarely about the cleaning. They were about the process: a booked visit nobody showed up for, an invoice that never arrived, a customer who couldn’t get an answer.
One flow that covers the whole job, with a record at every step.
| Step | Customer | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Request | Picks services, adds the address, property details and photos, suggests a day | Gets everything in one structured request |
| Quote | Prices fill in from the price book. Picks a date and arrival window and sees what else is booked that day | |
| Approval | Accepts from an email link, or asks for changes | Sees the answer and sends a revised quote if needed |
| Booking | Gets the date in writing and adds it to their calendar | The job lands on the schedule. A reminder goes out the day before |
| Done | Gets after photos and a note from the crew | Marks the job complete from the phone |
Customers suggest a day. The owner proposes the actual date and arrival window inside the quote, so nothing gets booked that the schedule can’t handle.
Automated business texting in the US requires carrier registration. The system sends email on its own and gives the owner a one-tap button that opens their messaging app with the text already written.
The owner side is designed for a phone in bright sun: large tap targets, status labels that never rely on color alone, and the main action always at the bottom of the screen.
Each job keeps the quote, the date, the payment status and the after photos together, so the customer and the owner look at the same record.
This is a concept demo for a fictional company, Riverbend Exterior Wash. It is not a client project. The demo runs entirely in your browser: nothing leaves your device and no emails or texts are sent.
